The Summit Series Built Around the Evidence Decision
RWE Connect exists so that the people who generate real-world evidence and the people who accept it stop meeting in separate rooms. One programme, one track, and the regulators, HTA bodies and payers on stage with the teams whose evidence they will judge.
Why We Started RWE Connect
Real-world evidence has moved from a supporting role to the centre of regulatory, reimbursement and investment decisions. The teams who produce it have never been more capable, and yet the same question is asked at every congress: will the decision-maker accept this?
The answer was rarely in the room. Society meetings were built to publish research, and vendor events to sell platforms. Nobody had built a meeting where the MHRA, the FDA's advisers, NICE and the payers sat on the same stage as the epidemiologists, HEOR leads and access directors whose work they assess. Convolign Business Consulting built RWE Connect to be that meeting.
Shorten the Distance Between Evidence and Acceptance
Put every evidence decision-maker in front of the people who generate the evidence, so the standards are learned from the source and the evidence is built to meet them.
A World Where Every Access Decision Rests on Trusted Real-World Evidence
Regulators, HTA bodies, payers and industry working from a shared understanding of what good evidence looks like, in every major market.

How the Programme Is Built
Each edition takes close to a year to produce. The agenda is written from research, not from a call for papers.
Listen to the Market
Structured interviews with evidence heads, access leads, regulators and payers in the host region about the decisions they face in the coming 18 months.
Months 1 to 3Choose the Questions
The interviews are distilled into the edition theme and the questions each session must answer. A topic makes the cut only if it changes a decision for most of the room.
Month 4Invite the Right Voices
Speakers are invited for the decision they own or the case they ran, never for the logo. Regulators and HTA bodies are approached first so their expectations frame the rest.
Months 5 to 8Design the Room
Session order, panel composition and networking formats are planned so that each half-day builds on the last and every delegate can meet the people they came for.
Months 9 to 11Deliver and Report
Two days on site, then a post-show report to every delegate and sponsor with the audience profile, the session record and what comes next.
Month 12Our Curation Principles
The rules the production team holds itself to, whichever city the summit is in.
The Decision Comes First
We start from the decision a regulator, payer or investor has to make and work back to the evidence, not the other way round.
Editorial Independence
Sponsors are welcome on the main stage, and they earn the slot by bringing a case, a dataset or a result the room can use. The agenda is never for sale.
Practitioners Over Presenters
Preference goes to the person who ran the study, filed the dossier or made the ruling. Slides summarising someone else's work do not make the cut.
Continuity Across Regions
What is learned in one edition is carried into the next. Speakers, sponsors and delegates are introduced across cities so the community compounds.
Senior by Design
Every registration is qualified and vendor attendance is capped, so the room stays majority pharma, biotech, regulator and payer.
Speakers Stay in the Room
Speakers are asked to attend both days and are booked into the meeting diary like any other delegate, so a keynote can be continued over coffee.
The RWE Connect Story
From a gap in the conference calendar to a series with a home on both sides of the Atlantic.
Convolign's research with evidence and access leaders found no meeting where decision-makers and evidence generators shared one stage. Speaker outreach for a first edition began in Boston, the densest RWE talent pool in the world.
The inaugural edition ran at Hampton Inn by Hilton, Boston Seaport, under the theme Evidence Evolution: RWE as the Foundation of Access, Value and Analytics. Keynotes from Boehringer Ingelheim and Trinity Life Sciences, tokenization and linkage in practice, and RWE as an investor value driver. View the Boston recap.
The series crosses to London on 13 to 14 April 2027 with the MHRA and the ABPI confirmed on stage and the theme Transforming Evidence Into Market Access and Healthcare Value. View the London edition.
Research interviews are under way with evidence and access leaders in Singapore and the wider region. Tell us where the series should go next.
The People Behind RWE Connect
A small production team owns each edition end to end, from the first research interview to the post-show report.
Conceptualized by Convolign Business Consulting
Convolign Business Consulting is a specialist life sciences consultancy focused on conference production, market intelligence and strategic advisory for the biopharmaceutical, diagnostics and health data sectors.
RWE Connect is designed and delivered in house, from the first research interview through programme curation, sponsor delivery and on-site execution. The same team produces Convolign's other senior-audience series, so the production standards travel between them.
