How do I propose a session or a speaker?
Use the form with Speak as the enquiry type and include the topic, the case or decision it is built on, and the speaker's role. Proposals are reviewed against the edition theme, and the production team replies to every one.
Can I get an invoice or pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose Attend as the enquiry type and tell us the pass type and number of delegates. An invoice is issued within two working days and the pass is confirmed on payment.
Do you provide visa invitation letters?
Yes, for confirmed, paid delegates. Ask through the form with your passport name, nationality and the edition you are attending.
How does media accreditation work?
A limited number of press passes are available to trade and business media covering evidence, access and health data. Send your outlet, role and recent coverage with Media as the enquiry type.
Can I cancel or transfer a pass?
Passes can be transferred to a colleague at any time at no charge. Cancellation terms depend on the date and are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
